My screen's VRR/Gsync support spans 60-240, but sometimes it drops below 60 in Valhalla causing tearing. Apart from V-sync, can I adjust this via the Nvidia Control Panel?

Adjustments for lower resolution or settings until you reach over 60 are made. A frame rate limit is also configured.

I'm generally getting 80-90, but this particular area has a lot of issues. Some games have settings that prevent you from going under a certain GPS, which automatically changes the resolution, but I haven't tried it before.

Yes, that would be useful above the refresh rate, similar to when I had a 60hz monitor and was getting 80fps. Fast sync helped, but now with a 240hz monitor and VRR ranging from 60 to 240, it's still a bit bothersome. I think the VRR range should be reduced to 40.
