I acquired a steelseries titan model and after about half a year my C key stopped working fully—sometimes it functions intermittently. After cleaning the keyboard, I discovered a minor dent on the sensor for the button (see follow-up photo). This likely caused the issue since the rest of the keyboard still worked properly; pressing it with an alternative object like a plastic stick didn’t trigger problems. Once I reinserted the top, the problem persisted only partially, probably because the key hit the dent and wasn’t registered correctly. It turns out the issue is related to the circuit board. It’s possible to fix it yourself or purchase a replacement.
