Is there a solution for the issue where WiFi isn't connecting?
I'm sharing this thread for my friend whose laptop couldn't locate any WiFi signal. It's a Lenovo V14 G4, and it started experiencing problems recently. We attempted troubleshooting steps like restarting the device and scanning for malware, but found nothing suspicious. We also tried booting in safe mode, which caused the WiFi to vanish. He's been using this laptop for four years now and is now facing this issue. We really need your assistance. Here are some photos from our attempts to resolve it. This is the laptop, and this is what he had on his phone. The WiFi disappeared suddenly.
On your friend's computer, check Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer.
Both tools might be capturing wifi or network-related error codes, warnings, or info events.
Verify that only one network adapter is active on the laptop. If using wireless, ensure the wired adapter is off, or vice versa.
Execute "ipconfig /all" through the Command Prompt.
Paste the complete results here.
