Is there a problem with the PSU or motherboard?
I have a prebuilt Asus ROG system
It suddenly turned off unexpectedly
During troubleshooting I discovered an issue related to "ATX_12V"
Plugging in the cable doesn’t power on the PC, but turning it out causes lights to spin and everything appears normal.
It might be a PSU problem or I may need to replace the motherboard?
There seems to be something wrong, but I’m not sure what to do.
I also disassembled the PSU and didn’t find any burned components on the circuit board.
Feeling confused, I hope someone can assist me.

I’m looking at a prebuilt Asus ROG and would like to know which one you’re using. A model and SKU would help identify your setup.
It might be related to a power supply issue or a need to replace the motherboard?
If your prebuilt included a separate GPU, try removing it and check if the system boots with the display connected to the motherboard. Assuming your CPU has an integrated graphics, this could explain the problem.

That's one of common signs that VRM on the MB is gone bad or some of it's parts burnt out.
It's not always possible to just visually find problems in the PSU, there are small but important components that don't carry much power and can burn without visual sign. Unless you are experienced in working with electronics, you shouldn't open PSU, it's large capacitors can carry high voltage charge for days unless properly drained and give you a nasty shock.
You can and should check voltages in ATX_12V by powering (closed) PSU. turning it on by connecting Green and any Black pin on 24 pin connector and measuring voltage at ATX_12V connector, one row should have +12v and other row is ground.
