Your GPU is only working at 30%, which might mean the issue lies elsewhere. It could be that your CPU is the bottleneck, not the GPU. Check your system performance to see if other components are struggling.

I used an older office computer and connected a GPU from another machine to test its performance. It came with a dual-core E2220 processor, and I installed a GTX 1080 Ti.

CS:GO relies mainly on CPU power, which makes sense based on your playstyle. Activate Multicore Rendering in the game settings for better performance.
