Sometimes Aida64 or Windows 11 might not work perfectly together. Check Aida64's help page: https://www.aida64.com/support They might fix that error or just quietly make things better. If that doesn't help, uninstall the software, wait a few days, then download and reinstall it again.

I own the final copy of this file. It works on Windows 10, but not Windows 11. So there isn't a connection to Windows 11 at all.
If you haven't already tried these two commands, please run "sfc /scannow" or "dism". If it doesn't work yet, reach out to Aida support and give them that specific error message for help.
