I have a puzzling issue. I recently moved my hardware from a smaller case to my new NZXT Flow9 case and installed an AIO NZXT Kraken 360 cooler. The problem is that when connecting the front panel USB 3.2 port to the mainboard, the video card fails to work. I see a white light on the VGA indicator. Removing the USB connector resolves the issue, but I can't determine why this happens. I've verified all cables are properly connected. Anyone have suggestions on how to resolve this?
BIOS details for your motherboard are usually needed. Sometimes a small or incorrect connection at the front panel USB-C port could lead to grounding problems or other issues, as you pointed out.

Ended up sending it to Microcenter for repair. They suggested possible issues with the GPU PCIe slot clip breaking and the GPU detaching, recommending a full motherboard replacement. I refused. It’s now functioning properly, and I’m aware of what to monitor moving forward, so I won’t waste money on something that clearly needs fixing.

The BIOS version is 5.24.
The PSU is a week older than my GPU. I didn’t think about how the new card would need more power, so I had to purchase one when I received my paycheck.
There are no standoffs on my motherboard.
