If these problems appear after a complete OS replacement, it’s likely a hardware problem.
Start by booting with a Live Linux distribution and check for unusual behavior.
Even though a year has passed, updates and adjustments probably occurred. I’d recommend beginning anew with all settings restored to their original state. Having a known baseline is essential.
I understand but if it was the issue it would've kept happening. When i lower Turbo target a bit i get rid of crashes, when i turn Turbo off i get a great stability. When i leave Turbo at default, things crash in minutes. My temps haven't been abnormal either, it's just something's wrong with hardware.
Reducing speed from stock for stability isn't necessary. It likely points to a hardware heat or power problem that doesn't get better over time.
The reason RMA isn't available is unclear.
Problems continue in cold weather (unless I can see something through the monitoring software). The power is sufficient and comes directly from the outlet using a quality adapter. Return merchandise authorization isn't possible since my warranty has expired.
The problems I discussed regarding the laptop are internal. Such as a faulty part on the motherboard, poor sensor quality. The actual power supply is not the issue.
