Hey. Some games for some reason change your mouse making it feels floaty, delayed, slow... (Skyrim the worst offender thus far) But I've also noticed some games like Minecraft and Factorio they seem to use your default system cursor settings not even changing it's texture from default system cursor. That made me thinking is there some way or program to force a game use a default system cursor like all other windows and even some games do ?..

Hardware cursor functionality will likely depend on the game itself. A mod for Skyrim is available online, which might offer additional features.

some games use your mouse actions to control the camera or GUI cursor, making it feel more natural by adding a bit of movement speed. others just follow what the system says about the mouse and translate that directly into camera motion. to make it look smoother, you could give the camera more weight so it moves more gradually. there’s no single way—either set up in-game options or use a mod to achieve this.

Skyrim has some serious issues, it's clearly a flawed game. I've spent a lot of time tweaking settings and mods; they just rewrite everything repeatedly, even with speed adjustments. The cursor texture change is minor compared to the bigger problem—how the game handles movement. I found tools that let you run games in fullscreen like windowed apps, but I couldn't locate anything that forces the system cursor. That's why I'm reaching out here for help.
