a bluetooth gadget doesn't have to link directly to the soundcard.
the operating system will identify this unit if the chip supports bluetooth and you can configure this headset/earbuds via Control Panel > Sound, making it the default option.
any problems with your board accepting mic input through its 3.5mm jack should be completely avoided using the bluetooth device.
