I noticed an Instagram story with appealing music and visuals. You might want to try saving the screen capture to your phone before it disappears. There’s a way to download stories using a copy link, though this feature isn’t available in the current version.

I don't engage with social media platforms beyond assisting with tech issues on a forum, which means I'm unaware of saving content on Instagram. But since most modern smartphones include a screen recording option, you could record the video and add it to your photos. Hope this was useful, stay safe.

screen recording would also be my suggestion.
another consideration is whether the app permits saving content. it might not be the official version, but a third-party alternative could provide this feature. i’m not sure about this particular platform, though i do know that many third-party apps for other services, like youtube, offer more functionality than the official ones.
