what application are you employing?
Smart fan control 5?
Are you utilizing this?
GIGABYTE Global
GIGABYTE Control Center (GCC) serves as a cohesive software system for numerous GIGABYTE devices. All available tools are tailored and combined with intuitive features...
www.gigabyte.com
You may prefer to try
https://github.com/Rem0o/FanControl.Releases
This is the version I employ on a Gigabyte X570 – it manages every fan, and with an Nvidia GPU it even monitors its fans.
I limit myself to using it for case fans since AIO handles its own fans, and it doesn’t support AMD GPUs.
Just uninstall all GIGABYTE applications as most are cumbersome; I stick to this instead:
it only activates the rear fan but running it slower than the top two reduces the noise it produces.

When using the gigabyte program for fans, it seems like you've assigned two programs to a single controller, which may lead to competition.
