Hey guys, trying to setup this new Hp laptop for a bud but after I enter my network next step is asking for a Microsoft Account login. The bud is on vacation so right now I am checking to see if there might be a way for me to complete the setup otherwise?

Rework the installation.
This time, without a network connection.
Yet if this involves an OEM OS setup, what's the point?
Let him handle it.

Usually in Windows 10 there is a choice to proceed without linking, but it isn't visible during installation. The 'Next' option remains inactive until a connection is established.

In reality, a lot more work will be generated. He'll need to handle most of it through his network and account. I think it's best to let him take care of it.
