Is there a Kiwi link cable available to resolve the quest 3 connection problem?
When I connect it to my pc it functions properly but after a short time it disconnects and reconnects, which is frustrating and disrupts gameplay.

You might want to test another port on your platform and see if the issue lies elsewhere by trying it on a different known working system.
Looking into Reddit, I noticed that the cable you received has a track record of inconsistent performance... cheaper cables (as compared to what Kiwi Link offered) seemed to be a more reliable choice.
Yeah, I already have another cable that doesn't have that issue, but it's a bit less smooth gameplay, so I decided to switch to this one. I guess I'll have to keep using it since I think the problem is just the cord for me, but it's not a huge deal.
