Is there a hissing noise coming from the Astro A50 Wireless Headset?
When I received them, everything was functioning properly, but within just a week I began noticing a hissing noise coming from the left side. After replacing the device, the sound persisted. I attempted all possible solutions—updated drivers, reinstalled software, performed a factory reset, and even checked for updates to audio and graphics drivers. Windows remains up to date. I would greatly appreciate any assistance.
