If your PC uses Windows 10, you may need to upgrade it first.
Upgrade Windows 10 on your current system and transfer the license.
Alternatively, if Windows 11 isn't supported on your old machine, install Windows 10 there and then move the license to the new system after upgrading to Windows 11.
