Hi,
I've been using a zowie ec2c mouse for over two years without any issues. Recently, I've observed occasional stuttering during movement, which then resolves on its own. This isn't affecting my computer performance, as other mice work fine. It's particularly bothersome when playing games or browsing the internet. Could this be related to the sensor or the cable? Is there a way to diagnose and fix it, or should I consider replacing the mouse altogether?
Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer! I wonder if it's the cable, but even if it were, it's already connected to the device. Have you checked if your Zowie mouse works on another PC to see if the operating system is affecting your peripherals?

I connected it to my laptop, but the mouse didn't stutter during the 30 minutes I was using it. This might be related to the operating system or just a temporary issue. It's also possible that such problems are common. Anyway, here are my specifications:
- Ryzen 5 3600
- RX 5700 XT
- 16 GB RAM
- B450 MSI gaming plus max motherboard

Maybe the poor connections at the socket where it plugs in are the issue. By moving it to another machine, you might have resolved that. Try this: return to the original machine and plug it in the same socket. Unplug and re-plug several times. If there is dirt or oxidation on the contacts, this may clean them out. Also, check if you cleaned the small window at the bottom of the mouse and the surface of any mouse pad you're using.
