My latest build has been facing a problem of sudden crashes, occurring in a fraction of seconds and terminating all applications. This happens particularly when I frequently click the left mouse button during editing or animation tasks. However, when the mouse or keyboard is idle, such issues do not appear.

During a reliability check, I discovered the errors in this way:
Description: Faulting Application Path: C:\Windows\explorer.exe
Problem signature
Problem event name: appcrash
Application name: Explorer.EXE
Application version: 10.0.19041.3448
Fault Module Name: Shell32.dll
.... and so on.
Files that help describe the problem:
minidump.mdmp
WerInternalMetadata.xml
WERInternalRequest.xml
memory.csv
sysinfo.txt
AppCompat.txt

I read several instructions from a website, thinking it might be a virus, since I depend only on Windows Defender and no internet. But after completing a full PC scan and running sfc /scannow, I found no issues at all.

I’m seeking advice on how to fix the crash problem. Does my system require a complete format?

Looking forward to your guidance.

I managed to capture a brief clip or GIF for the same issue.
