Is the temperature too high? 85 degrees Celsius to 92.7 degrees Celsius
I noticed that my games frequently report excessively high temperatures. The temperature itself doesn't feel extreme, and there aren’t any alerts displayed, but it’s concerning given these readings. I'm attempting to incorporate a screenshot, though the process is proving difficult; I’m hoping to add it after submitting this post. Specifically, my AMD Ryzen 7 2700x exhibits a resting temperature of approximately 75-80°C, but during streaming or gaming, it can spike to around 94.7°C. I’m hoping you can reassure me that this is normal and not a cause for concern. It's equipped with an H100i V2 liquid cooler.
Pleasant temperatures, but not excessively hot. Are you employing the standard cooler? If so, it's essential to verify that it’s properly mounted and to eliminate any protective plastic covering on the heatsink.
I don't observe any plastic coverings on anything. Regarding the temperature, whether I’m using the default cooler or not, I can't determine that. Could you provide a method for sharing an image screenshot? If so, I’m unable to locate it.

Should you be utilizing a Corsair H100i, it’s crucial to verify proper installation and pump operation. Placing your hand on the heatsink component, you ought to detect a slight tremor—a lack of this sensation indicates that the pump is not functioning, potentially due to a defective unit or improper placement.
There’s a faint tremor emanating from the pump. It becomes noticeably stronger when I handle the hoses. Corsair Link indicates that the pump is operational, running at 1950 RPM.
Thank you, WillCard999. It’s reassuring to hear that my concerns are unfounded. I will have it examined.
