I wanted to try running one game on my PC so the page told me to download a file first. After entering the site, eset warned me that this link was not trusted, but I said well, let's keep going anyway and did enter. Then I found the game I wanted and everything looked fine until the website asked me to download an exe file. I tried to download it and right now eset deleted my file instantly. I paused and reset things and tried again until eset told me that their system can't delete the file, meaning your computer might be infected. So I ran a pc scan from eset and Malwarebytes but they didn't find anything inside. Now I am scared because they might not even detect the virus. I am planning to reset my pc but I have too many files that I need. Is there any way to delete a virus or is there any stronger anti-virus?

I would run https://www.bitdefender.com.au/solutions/free.html and get a 2nd opinion That site is only really good for that advice, any drivers it suggests are bad are probably actually fine. It shows my GPU drivers as 18 months old when often they at most a month. Its linked to Driver Booster and wants you to buy that program which is not needed or wanted.

Right now, I'm checking my computer with Kaspersky security software. If it spots any problems, I'll notice them too. Also, my online connection is getting very slow lately. I'm hoping to check that out later with another antivirus like Bitdefender.
Kaspersky and Bitdefender are just as good to me, so why bother buying both? I already have the app you asked about installed, and I use Bitdefender lately. It hasn't gotten in my way much either. Maybe it was wrong before, but that's okay. Sorry if there aren't better places online, because they mostly just want to sell stuff that isn't actually needed right now. Right now, I'm running a full scan of Bitdefender to see what comes up. Also, I use malwarebytes on this site too, and it checks me every night. edit: the scan found nothing again.
I finished checking around. Nothing came up but my two miners. I removed those two bad guys, which is all there was to say.
