Hello everyone
Is this laptop's GPU suitable?
I'm looking at the 175w model with a 13900hx. I'd like 16gb of VRAM, but any good 4090 laptop would be more than double my budget :/
For the games I'm playing: shadow of war, dying light 1, age of wonders 4, phoenix pont, starcraft 2, divinity 1 & 2, civ 6, pathfinder kingmaker and wor.
Cyberpunk 2077 is fine too—DLSS performance is okay and I don’t need RT.
I mainly play games for the story, so I’m okay if they aren’t running at full capacity.
I also have a 3050 mobile with 35w that wasn’t doing well :/
Edit: the laptop has an 1600p display at 240hz.

Sure, at 170w it reaches the higher power limit for that mobile GPU. It's still quite powerful even without a 16gb buffer, and you'll get very smooth gameplay with that setup. Using an external monitor with Freesync or Gsync will provide even better performance. It's definitely worth considering.
