Discussing the possibility of placing an offer at a nearby university auction seems feasible, possibly around 200, but an SSD would be required. Considering Linux Mint is on the mind. It appears the system might have 32GB DDR5 SODIMM, though purchasing it for resale isn't the priority here.

It would be a great offer if you can collect it, and you probably also have OS choices. You might choose Linux Mint as mentioned, but it wouldn't be surprising if the motherboard includes a Windows 11 license too.
