Hi. After fixing my laptop, the Nvidia Control Panel kept showing that there was no nvidia card, even though my card is a RTX 2070 Max-Q. I uninstalled it hoping to reinstall, but GeForce Experience came back and I still didn’t see the panel. On the Nvidia forums it seems installing the newest drivers might restore it if it’s missing. How can I get it back?

Have you looked into the Microsoft store? It's unclear if Nvidia has recently added control panel to their drivers again, though this was previously available through the MS store for some time. It might still be there.

Did you visit the GeForce driver page?
Get the newest official GeForce drivers to improve your PC gaming performance and speed up app execution.
www.nvidia.com
Follow the instructions, fill in the relevant details, and download the latest GeForce game driver from the search results.
Once done, obtain NvidiaCP from the MS Store.

Encountering the same message repeatedly when trying to install or download from the MS store indicates an unresolved issue.

Check this article about fixing ms store issues. If that's the case.

Could you manage to install the Geforce driver? Just right-click and run as administrator.

I examined Clearing the Microsoft Store cache and resetting it to allow installation of the Control panel via there, but it still retains the save memory. This happens whether I perform the reset using Powershell or Command Prompt as an Admin, or if I run Repair or Reset through Settings.
