Hello, I've constructed a new PC and the NS Pro controller isn't connecting or being recognized by Windows at all when connected via USB. The system doesn't produce any sound, and no alert appears. In Device Manager it's not visible, and devices like printers also don't show up. When plugged in, the charging indicator doesn't turn on, but it does light up during startup and then shuts off once Windows loads. I've tested various cables and ports—USB 2, 3, and Type C—and the issue persists consistently. I've been troubleshooting for several hours online without success. I also used USBLogView, which didn't detect any plug-in or removal activity, though it does recognize other peripherals.

Some of my attempts included:
- Checking for Windows updates and driver updates
- Installing BetterJoyForCemu and its drivers (later removed)
- Installing Steam, which also failed to detect the controller
- Trying the trick of holding the sync button before connecting
- Updating chipset drivers
- Disconnecting the controller from the switch

Details:
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600x
Motherboard: MSI MPG b500 gaming plus
RAM: Corsair vengeance 16GB 3200MHz DDR4
Storage: Samsung Evo 970
GPU: Radeon 6750 xt
Power Supply: Corsair RM 650x 80+ gold
Case: Nzxt h510
Operating System: Windows 11 21H2, 22000.708
Bios Version: E7C56AMS.190

Additionally, could you also check and share your BIOS version for your motherboard?
