PC shuts down when the DRAM orange indicator appears on the motherboard, but remains powered off after the bootup loading screen. No fans or other components stop functioning. The system keeps restarting repeatedly; Prime95 fails to run for more than two minutes. Investigated various fixes including driver updates, BIOS updates, disabling auto-restart and fast boot, sleep settings, and disabling features. RAM was replaced and tested individually, GPU checked, new power supply purchased but issue persists. Tested in a different power outlet with all cables verified. Performance dropped to BSODs after the first night, then frequent restarts follow. Reduced PPT settings were applied before Prime95 testing. Suspect hardware problems with the motherboard or CPU; planning to test with a new board tomorrow.

Specs: AMD Ryzen 7 7700X, Thermalright peerless assassin cooler, MSI MAG B650 Tomahawk WiFi, CORSAIR Vengeance RGB 64GB DDR5 RAM, Samsung 980 PRO 2TB SSD, SAMSUNG 870 EVO 4TB SSD, Sapphire Radeon RX 7900 XT, Corsair RM850x power supply, NZXT H5 Flow case, Windows 11.

New build?
Based on your message, it seems the restarts might be due to a loose connection.
People generally don’t want to force anything, especially during a new build or upgrade.
What feels secure and properly positioned might not actually be that way.
I recommend carefully removing and reinserting all cards, connectors, RAM, jumpers, and case connections while the device is powered off and unplugged.
After a few attempts, some components may click or fit more smoothly and completely.

This guidance is very helpful, though I would also suggest verifying the results following every step. This will give you a clearer understanding of where the issue originates.
