Hi everyone,
My MSI GS43VR 7RE has been through some tough times but is still functional. I swapped the battery last month after it expanded and almost damaged the case.
Could you suggest any components I should replace to improve performance? Also, with the 7th generation Intel processor, will I miss out on Windows 11 in a few years?
UserBenchmarks: Game 45%, Desk 84%, Work 37%
CPU: Intel Core i7-7700HQ – 78.7%
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1060 (Mobile) – 50.1%
SSD: Samsung SM961 NVMe PCIe M.2 256GB – 193.9%
RAM: Kingston MSI24D4S7S8MB-8 2x8GB – 73%
MBD: MSI MS-14A3

I believe you should consider something more concurrent, as the current laptop doesn't offer much to upgrade beyond expanding its storage capacity.
