As you can observe, clicking the eraser tool causes the screen to become unstable. I've attempted nearly every possible fix, such as updating the drive, reinstalling PS, using different versions, and even changing the mouse pointer icon. However, after some time this issue reappeared in MS office applications. Anyone else have faced this problem? I find it hard to figure out how to search for it online. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
P.S. -
At first, I recorded the incident with a screen recorder. But surprisingly, during the recording there was no flickering (it was a clean video). I have no clue what's happening.

Do your video drivers reflect the latest updates? Where did you obtain your Adobe PS (installation media)? Is this a genuine version? Have you added any other software recently? Have you performed a malware scan recently?

Drivers are currently up to date. The PS version is a pirated copy, but similar problems occur with MS Office (it happened once). I haven't installed anything recently and scanned for malware multiple times. I didn't mention that a friend had the same issue while using VS Code.
