Is the loud sound from your PC when Windows starts temporary and only lasts a minute?
Hey, my PC began making loud fan noise right after it started up. The sound starts when the Windows screen appears and stops after a minute, then it never happens again. It doesn’t really interfere with my regular use, but I’m worried it could damage the system. I wanted to ask what might be causing it and how to fix it. Probably the best idea is to check each fan individually. However, since it happens at a certain time (Windows loading), it’s tricky to test every time. Someone might have the answer.
Yes, that's correct. The fan increases its speed until it reaches the top speed and then slows down back to a normal operating speed.
Probably yes. But if that's true, it's just the moment when speed reaches its highest point since I haven't heard any such sound after booting, even during maximum gaming or rendering.
Did you adjust any parameters in the BIOS recently? Fan curves or similar settings? Regarding MSI afterburner, have you performed any overclocking?
