Hello, with your GTX 1050 2 GB and i7 870 (stock) and a native 1366x768 monitor, can I run RX 470 or RX 570 without performance issues?

The RX 470/570 will work as long as your power supply meets the needs. Don't worry about bottlenecks; they're handled by all systems.

Feel free to interpret what you want about bottleneck calculators. They are at most poor analysis. The same applies to YouTube videos.
Every system has some kind of bottleneck, even the newest or most advanced technology.
Your outdated CPU, motherboard, or memory will limit the performance of any modern GPU you have.
It's just a matter of how capable that older hardware is.
Still, don't let this stop you from boosting performance within limits.
Considering the age of your setup, the wisest choice is to set aside funds for a future full upgrade of your machine.

Hello, I hope you understand what I'm saying. I've chosen to move away from the i7 870 and am upgrading to the lga1150 socket. It seems suitable for 768p and 1080p. I considered AM4 but found it too costly, so now I'm content with my decision.
