I understand the age of your Dell and that there was a problem with the GTX 670's BIOS flashing for it to work properly. I also recall that the same Dells handled the GTX 650 without issues, but I don't know about the GTX 660ti. If you try the card, let me know what happens. Also, just a note, the Dell didn't have any problems with Nvidia GTX 750's, GTX 760's, GTX 780's, or the GTX 900 series.
