Is the GPU on my laptop malfunctioning?
I typically operate my Dell Precision 7740 Laptop on a docking station (a Dell WD19DCS equipped with two thunderbolt connectors) powered by a 240w supply. Two external monitors are connected through DP. For several weeks everything functioned smoothly until intermittent Ethernet disconnections began, appearing after a delay of 10 to 30 seconds when plugged into the dock’s Ethernet port. After that, the monitors would stop showing up immediately upon powering on, so I’d wait a few minutes before attempting to restart the laptop by pressing the dock’s power button (the laptop was folded, obscuring the internal display). Once unseated, I booted it up and Device Manager reported:

I ran DDU to uninstall the NVIDIA and GPU drivers, then reinstalled the dock, Intel chipset, and a few other suspected corrupted drivers. I also reinstalled two separate NVIDIA drivers that previously worked. Testing in Safe Mode with DDU showed no errors until a reboot, after which the Code 43 error reappeared. I’ve used all my monitor power cables and connected the laptop to a 240w APC surge protector rated at 1440 joules. It seems the power delivery might have suddenly dropped. I’ve searched for this issue, but I’m unsure if re-seating the GPU is necessary—I suspect it could be a motherboard component. Anyone have experience confirming this? It’s been a while since I disassembled it, but I’m curious about other potential causes and troubleshooting steps.
Code 43 on Device Manager indicates zero values for certain entries, N/A's, and Unknown in GPU-Z, suggesting the GPU may be non-functional. A VBIOS update could help but isn't guaranteed.

The quadro p3200?? Well the reason I brought up all the other seemingly miscellaneous information is because i think something else is afoot. The ethernet adapter keeps disconnecting randomly. Never had that problem before. The ethernet cable i've been using is perfect, no changes. I wonder if the system is not getting the power it needs and it's disconnecting the gpu and ethernet due to power draw needs not being met. I just don't know the best way to troubleshoot this. Will presentmon help diagnose that?? It seems weird that the ethernet issue pops up at the exact same time as this gpu issue. And device manager doesn't always have the GPU disabled by Windows. Sometimes it is, sometimes it shows up fine. It does show it's using system memory on GPU-z but yes several lines of 0 and unknowns.
I thought about it, but there weren't any unusual beeping or flashing lights. Sometimes just one of the two thunderbolt cords would light up, probably a bug or an unplugged connection, and restarting resolved the issue. Additionally, I've been using the ac adapter directly to the laptop for the past 24 hours without a dock, and the GPU still shows errors.
Make sure the quadro p3200 fits properly in the quadro rtx 4000. The HDMI and mini DP outputs aren't positioned correctly, and there are several other mismatches.
