Is the F57d BIOS version suitable for the Gigabyte Ryzen 7 5700X3D processor?
So basically I upgraded my PC and, out of curiosity, I didn’t think about getting a new motherboard. I only knew they were compatible (both AM4).
I own a GA-A320M-S2H V2 motherboard and after some research, I learned they are compatible but need a BIOS update. The best version listed is F57d, though it’s a beta. Could you confirm if that’s suitable for upgrading your BIOS? If not, what version would you suggest?
Thanks.
I don't see any indication that the most recent version is marked as a beta bios.
In that situation, set up F57g.
However, I have other priorities.
The focus should be on the BIOS version details and the CPU generations involved.
Bristol Ridge support has been taken out. These were low-quality chips that were moved to AM4 for very cheap builds.
