My CPU was boosted from 3.9 to 4.6 and didn't show any changes. My GPU overclocking seems to lead to more obvious improvements.

It must remain stable as well. Additionally, ensure you have a fan capable of handling such conditions; otherwise, the CPU may throttle excessively due to excessive heat.

It varies based on the games you're playing. My optimization for MMOs boosted my frame rate by 20 to 30 fps. It didn't help much with first-person shooters because they rely more on the GPU.

It rarely exceeds the high 60s during gameplay, appearing stable for several weeks. Recently I lowered it to 3.9 and set the GPU to overclock, but noticed significant changes only when using a lower GPU.
