That's the issue—it might be almost anything, but because it's new, replacement or return seems best.

It seems like the issue might be related to a blockage, insufficient liquid, particles, or a production flaw. I believe it’s not necessary to spend time trying to determine the cause, as the item is new and properly installed.

Hi everyone, I'm struggling with this AIO (Thermalright Grand Vision 360). It's brand new but seems to be malfunctioning. The video I watched showed that it doesn't have enough water and only works properly when the radiator is positioned in certain ways—often requiring tilting it toward the pump area so it gets enough water to function, just like in the video.
