Would this laptop be a good investment?
Thank you.

This alternative is more affordable, not too expensive.
HP Gaming 15.6'' Victus 15-fa0021nq
Amazon.com
EDIT: This link has been changed by the forum from Amazon. If you search on Amazon, you'll find a better notebook for $670.

Hello,
Thank you again.
Are you referring to the product at the link? The specifications on that page seem to be higher than what my laptop can handle, and the cost is also much more!
I don’t have much experience with HP laptops; they tend to fail quickly.

It offers a significantly improved CPU. In your plan, you mentioned an i7 11th generation with 4 cores and 8 threads, while I5-12500h has 12 cores and 18 threads. Adding 16GB of RAM and an 8GB memory card would cost around $20, and it includes a GTX 3050 which is much more powerful than the mx330. For comparison, why do you think this version is better just because it mentions an i7? You could easily replace that i7 with something else, even an i3 12th generation. This one was $669 yesterday and now it’s $700.

Hello,
Thank you for your message.
I see you're interested in Asus and Lenovo laptops.
Regarding the hardware details you provided, I have no prior knowledge about Intel Iris Xe graphics cards.
Could you clarify or confirm if you meant something else?
For the Asus laptop recommendation within a $670 budget, what specific features are important to you?

There isn't much distinction between them.
However, these aren't gaming GPUs, and it will be a terrible experience.
