Hi everyone, I'm a university student studying AI and needed a good processor laptop. After searching, I found one that fits my budget. Here are the requirements I’m looking for:

- Price under $2000
- 16-inch screen is fine
- QHD resolution
- Portable design
- Battery life of at least an hour while gaming
- Support for games like GTA 5, Cyberpunk 2077, Red Dead Redemption 2, Forza, etc., with medium to high settings
- Suitable for AI-based tasks
- Minimum 1TB storage with expandable option
- Last at least 4 years
- Preferably an Asus ROG Strix model because of its design, RGB lighting, and tri fan; I don’t want a laptop with a small size even though it’s good
- Based in India
- I like the per-key RGB and the ROG armor case look cool
- Want to overclock with good TGP and TDP ratings

Also, my friends mentioned Intel might have some problems lately and suggested AMD CPUs. What do you all think?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer! I wouldn't invest in Intel if I were you, since the 12th Gen, regardless of the desktop or the mobile platforms. Instead look at AMD's offering, with an Nvidia discrete GPU. With that being said, you should stylize your thread with info asked of in this thread; Info - Buying a new Laptop? Please fill this out This form makes it easier for us to recommend you a laptop, so we don't have to ask you lots of questions. Please copy and paste these questions into the thread you post, and we can help you find the laptop that suits you. 1. What is your budget? 2. What is the size of the notebook... forums. so we can help narrow down the right purchase for you. I've also moved this thread to the laptop's section.

I just checked and found a few AMD CPU laptops, but there aren't many good options available right now.
