Attempt to reduce pressure on your AIO's mounting until it barely contacts the IHS on the processor. The case should rest on its side; the weight of the CPU block will keep it in place. For the CPU socket, consider taking a photo under normal lighting conditions. Using flash might hide a bent pin.

I reduced the pressure on the AIO mounting, confirmed the power cabling to the MB, and verified everything works with the old PSU in the same way. I’ll share the new pin photos once the RMA process begins.

I took out the motherboard to get ready for the RMA and swapped it with my old machine (it worked fine, by the way). I didn’t spot any loose screws or broken parts. I updated the imgur post with photos of the pins, as much as the lighting allows, and also added pictures of the front and back of the board outside the case. Still unsure what went wrong. It might be the processor, but that seems unlikely, right?

Updated: I sent back the old MB to Amazon and received the new one today. Everything is working properly.
Uncertain about the issue—everything seems operational now.
