Guys, I really have a serious issue—I'm unsure if my motherboard can actually handle overclocking while staying stable. I'm a beginner, so I'd love to learn how to overclock my CPU. Right now I'm using an e8400 with a 2x2GB teamgroup DDR2 at 800MHz RAM, a 550W CHIFTECH PSU, a big 4 heatpipe cooler, and a 9800GT 512MB RAM.

The specifications indicate you should be able to overclock. However, if your goal is simply performance, you can install a q95xx processor or e8600 and achieve better speeds.
