It seems the issue could be related to GPU or CPU settings. A BIOS update or adjustment might have resolved it before. The problem reappeared the next day without any changes. Please help me. I want smooth gameplay :/

Where exactly are you looking for this information? Are you checking the Windows settings or the mouse settings? Probably not the mouse's issue.
Mouse tracks just make them more visible, don't improve smoothness.

I wasn't claiming the mice were to blame, but a Windows configuration might be the issue. Did you verify?

Yes, it was the same cable (DIsplayPort) but the power cable was different.
