My profile shows my specs, but I've only played Escape from Tarkov (very optimized), and now I'm testing Rust with my friend. I'm running everything at maximum settings (3440x1440) and getting around 60-90fps, depending on the server.

Yes. It seems there should be some tweak videos for settings on YouTube. Likely a "all CPU cores" command line could help, similar to what Ark offers, and it might boost performance by another 8-10 fps.
