So I'm testing my ram with memtest because it's not working right when I try to download my wifi drivers. This makes a blue screen pop up saying IRQL_ Not Less or Equal. People have said the ram is broken before me too. I want to know if it's just one stick. One of them passed memtest in about 15 minutes, but the other took 30 minutes. Is that normal? Should I send this back or try putting it in a different slot? It happened when I was trying to download only the wifi drivers and nothing else worked for me.

First off, I need some details about your computer setup so we can figure things out. Tell me what your CPU, cooler, motherboard, RAM, SSD or HDD, GPU, power supply, case, operating system, monitor, and PC age are. Please also share the year your power supply was made, not just the brand or model number. If you have a BIOS version for your motherboard, that would be great too. Are your memory sticks plugged into slots A2 and B2 on your board? If one stick works fast by itself but runs slow when paired with another in the same kit, then it sounds like one of those sticks is bad or wearing out. But if that same stick goes fine in one slot and slows down when put next to a different one, maybe your memory controller inside the motherboard isn't working right or the BIOS settings are messed up. It happens when I try to download the Wi-Fi drivers but only get some random files instead of the real ones. Can you tell me where you are trying to get those drivers from? You should probably send us a copy of the crash log file (the .dmp) so we can look at it properly. Please host that file on a place like Dropbox and share the link with us.
