I'm planning to upgrade my Ryzen 5 2400 with an OC and also boost the RAM speed to around 3200. I'm worried about potential damage. Should I take precautions?

The voltage issue is the primary concern. I'm not very familiar with the maximum RAM voltage you're aiming to maintain, but for CPUs, it's generally recommended not to exceed 1.35 volts for continuous operation. Search for some overclocking videos.

Well, the voltage is the key factor that causes damage. I'm not very familiar with the maximum voltage you're aiming to maintain, but for CPUs, it's generally recommended not to exceed 1.35 volts for continuous operation. Check out some overclocking videos for more guidance.
