Hey there, I'm using an older Sager W230SS laptop that just got a brand new keyboard. Some keys won't work unless I press them really hard. That's super annoying when you try to type things out. I've tried changing the drivers and reinstalling Windows 10, but it still acts like this. Did anyone else have this problem with their old computer? Thanks so much for any help!

Can I try hitting keys on the side of my keyboard to check if they work?

Sure, that extra-keyboard button works really well for me. But it makes me wonder if this brand-new keyboard might be broken too. That's a little sad. I took out the old driver and put in a new one, but the problem is still there. Do you have any other suggestions?
