I have Corsair 850x PSU for my RTX 4070 Ti and i7-13700K CPU. The recommended power is 750W. Will I face issues with the one I currently use?

Only if it's faulty would that be the case.

It's safe to use a power supply larger than the minimum suggested.

ATX 3.0: Should You Upgrade Your PSU For Nvidia's RTX 40-Series GPUs?
Nvidia's RTX 40-Series GPUs require a lot of power, but is it necessary to upgrade your PSU? Check www.makeuseof.com for details, aiming for at least 700 watts. Remember, other parts of your system also need sufficient power, and overall system performance relies on your PC's power plan settings.
