I've just increased the overclock of my Ryzen 1400 from 3.2 ghz to a steady 3.7 ghz and am checking if it's safe given the power consumption. I'm using 1.275 volts for the CPU, and during Cinebench runs, temperatures remain between 60-65 degrees. My PSU and system specifications are as follows:

PSU = 450 Bronze EVGA
CPU = Ryzen 1400
GPU = Rx 580 4GB Armor
RAM = 8GB at 2200MHz
Storage = None
HDD = 1 terabyte

Even the highest OC ads might only account for 1% of total power use, which isn't a major concern.
