Google indicates that the video card can consume up to 285 watts. I think most people would suggest going higher, around 850 watts, which seems to be the current trend. Suggestions for more power often outweigh those advising to keep it lower. I don’t know if that’s accurate.

I believe most people consider spike and other factors that might arise by simply getting enough wattage.
The last thing you should worry about is faulty parts, but a high-quality, higher-wattage PSU is ideal if an upgrade ever comes up.
It’s not really a matter of poor advice on my part if I suggest a cheap PSU and the person decides to overclock everything—something might fail.
I think it’s better to be cautious since you never really know what the end user will do, like overclocking.
Most people overlook that the PSU is the heart of your PC and shouldn’t be treated as just an afterthought.
I usually stick with Corsair (just not had any issues), but I don’t see a problem with a solid 750W 80plus Gold unit for that build.
Some guy mentioned in another post popped a 1300W Seasonic with a 13900K, a 4090, and 1300W is way too much—something’s definitely off here!
Not to be negative about the Seasonic, even though I haven’t owned the brand before; I’ve heard they’re decent.

@ilukey77's comment aligns perfectly. It's wiser to err on the side of caution. A 750W quality PSU is sufficient for the 4070Ti. You're all set with that Seasonic model.
