Operating System
Windows 10 Home 64-bit
CPU
Intel Core i5 2500k @ 3.30GHz (operating at 3,80GHz)
RAM
12,0GB
Motherboard
MSI B75MA-P45
Graphics
8GB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 (ASUS)
Storage
111GB KINGSTON (SSD) (Windows on this drive)
931GB Seagate (SSHD)
As a CSGO player, I’m struggling to maintain consistent performance. At 144 fps, I usually see around 100 fps on average—minimum 50 and sometimes reaching 150-180. Temperatures remain low: CPU around 60°C, GPU around 50°C. I keep my PC clean regularly, so temperatures aren’t a worry. I’m unsure what steps to take next? Should I reinstall Windows? I have the newest Nvidia drivers for the GPU. Assistance would be appreciated.

Checking if any background processes are consuming CPU usage. Confirming the current CPU model being used, which is Core i7 3770.
