Hello everyone?
Is my overclock stable? This is my first attempt at overclocking with Z370-F and 8600k. I haven’t adjusted any parameters except a few.
AI Clocker Tuner is turned off,
CPU Core Ratio set to Sync All Cores,
Core Ratio Limit at 48,
DRAM Frequency at 3200 Mhz,
BLCK Aware Adaptive Voltage disabled,
CPU Core/Cache Voltage manual, value 1.230.
I stress-tested it with AIDA for an hour and temperatures were between 70-75°C. All other settings are default except the ones I mentioned.
Please let me know if any changes are needed to the settings (if any). The room temperature is above 37°C too.
I tested my processor at 5.2 ghz and 1.35 volts, it worked perfectly. Currently I’m using 4.8 ghz and 1.23 volts, let me know if you think adjustments are necessary for voltage or BIOS settings.
Thanks!

Prime95-temps are around 90 due to its use of AVX instructions. On your images, it seems AVX operates at 4.8 GHz, which is too high for AVX. There should be a BIOS setting that allows reducing the frequency for AVX—perhaps between 4.4 and 4.5 GHz maximum.

It's important to mention that the Prima95 small FFT test reached 90+, while AIDA handled it smoothly with 100% CPU usage.
