I ran a test on userbenchmark.com and found my CPU ranks in the 2nd percentile among similar i5 11600 models. That doesn’t necessarily mean you lost the silicon lottery—it could just reflect typical performance trends. The site seems reliable for general comparisons. If you want to check against others with the same chip, look for community forums or specialized platforms that let you compare hardware directly.

UserBenchmark doesn't provide reliable data. Avoid relying on it.

You may attempt Cinebench r23 or any other tool you prefer

The source isn't reliable. It favors Intel and the tests are questionable. Consider using Cinebench R23 and check comparisons elsewhere.

run a Cinebench R23 assessment, check results with 3DMark or TimesPy, and evaluate CPU performance together.

For this scenario, UserBenchmark works well. Their product comparisons may be questionable, and their reviews show clear bias, but their percentile methods are reliable when used on the same device. It’s a valid approach to compare your component’s performance against others with identical hardware. To the OP: would you consider running an all-core test like Cinebench R23? Track temperatures and power limits using HWInfo64 (or similar) to check if your CPU is being limited thermally or in power.

I share the same motherboard. I need to check how much power it restricts for that CPU. Try hwinfo64 or something similar and find PL1 and PL2 values. If they’re low—like 65W—raising it might boost performance, provided your cooling is adequate. Even if the site claims a bias toward certain CPUs, comparing to an identical model won’t change the result.

Thank you for the suggestion. I'll proceed once I receive the results.

I turned off certain startup applications, restarted the computer, and ended some background programs. After doing this, the test results improved noticeably. Cinebench R20 now shows better scores. It was a small adjustment that made a big difference.
