I'm using a Pentium G3258 that wasn't overclocked, an ATS1050 Ti H81M-C motherboard with Corsair 8GB DDR3 RAM, and my CPU runs at 74-83°C while just browsing Discord or Skype.

Yes, that;s hot - extremely hot if it's not under any significant load.
What does your cooling solution look like? Is this a new build?

extremely warm.
this cpu's peak performance reaches 72°C.
verify thermal paste and fan speed.
